I will never forget....  / Larissa Taylor (Pitcher) (best friend elem./middle school )
Melissa was my best friend in elementary and middle school. Almost as close as sisters, and I considered her to be mine. So many
memories I have of her, always laughing, kind to everyone and loving. She was a very beautiful person inside and out. Melissa helped me through a very difficult time then, well a few actually. We
drifted and lost touch late in middle school and high school. I regret ever losing contact with her, even before I found this page. I have the last time I saw her etched in my mind, she was so happy. I will carry a heavy heart and regret not trying to get back in contact with her sooner for the rest of my life. I know her light lives on through her children and family, and I know that she is smiling on them from her place in Heaven. I will see you again my friend, my sister. May you rest in eternal peace Melissa.

I CAN'T IMAGINE WHAT HER FAMILY IS GOING THROUGH.. I ALSO WENT TO HIGH SCHOOL WITH NATHAN AND I CAN STILL REMEMBER US ALL HANGING OUT TOGETHER.. WHEN I FOUND OUT THAT MELISSA AND NATHAN HAD GOTTEN MARRIED I WAS SO HAPPY FOR THEM.. I KNEW THEY WOULD BE SO HAPPY TOGETHER.. Didn't know Melissa that well but I still feel it  / Alexandra Spears (Mother-in-law's sister-in-law )
I remember talking with Melissa at my brother-in-law's house summer of 2004.  (Melissa's mother-in-law is married to my husband's brother.)  I've seen her and talked to her a couple of times.

I wish I got to know her better.  She was a really nice girl.  I consider her to be part of my extended family, though we were related solely by marriage. Close
